I could drink tea
and watch out the window
all day.
In the quiet,
with the house to myself,
I am content to sit here for hours.

You have echoed my thoughts exactly. I live to sit quietly, warm drink in hand and gaze out the window so much that I have started to frame my paintings with a curtained window and a cup and saucer on the ledge!! Life has imitated art:)
